Terms of Service
These terms cover the Take4 app, gettake4.app, and the Take4 waitlist. Take4 is built and run from Bulgaria under the name Tarabyte Labs ("we", "us"), currently as an independent project rather than a registered company. Using the app or site means you accept these terms.
Take4 is not medical care
Take4 is a self-help tool inspired by distress tolerance techniques. It is not medical advice, therapy, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a professional.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services now — 112 anywhere in the EU, 988 in the US. Take4 is not an emergency service and nobody is monitoring it.
Some steps in the method involve physical activity and cold exposure. Stop if something hurts, and check with a doctor first if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have any condition these could affect.
Use of the app
Take4 provides a short guided sequence for overwhelming moments. You are responsible for deciding whether each step is suitable for you, following the on-screen instructions, and stopping when needed. We cannot guarantee a particular result or that the app will be available without interruption on every device.
Take4 Plus
The reset itself is free. Take4 Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms — they take the payment, run the renewal, and handle refunds. The price, trial length, and renewal terms shown on the purchase screen at the time you buy are the ones that apply. Manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account; cancelling with us is not a thing we can do for you. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription.
To check a purchase with Apple or Google and unlock Plus on your devices, the app uses RevenueCat. That check runs from the moment the app opens, on our legitimate interest in honouring purchases and unlocking the right features — it is what makes Restore Purchases work after a reinstall. The waitlist
Joining means we'll email you about the launch and early access, and nothing else. It is not a purchase or a reservation — founder pricing, available spaces, and the launch date can all change, and you can unsubscribe from any email we send. Take4 remains in development, so details published on the site may change before general release.
No warranty, and what we're liable for
The app and site are provided as is, and we may change, pause, or discontinue either at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using Take4 or relying on what's published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Law and changes
Bulgarian law governs these terms. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country and can bring a claim there. We may update these terms as Take4 develops — the date above shows the last change. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
